E Mag Trigger adjustments ....?

I'm brand new to the E Mag --- bought a new E-ULE / level 10 that was on special $850. Considering that the so called instructions are just about good enough for lining my birds cage, where can I get comprehensive details on the E's trigger adjustments for travel, higher ROF, bounce , ect... I know nothing of magnet shimming and whatever else I should know. Thanks in advance.
