Valve Differences & an E-mag Questions

Since I cannot get the search to work....

What are the differences between the e-mag valve and the x-valve?

Is there a problem using an ULT w/ an e-mag?

What needs to be done to get a ULT to work with an e-mag?

    Thanks for the info!

    1. For all intents and purposes, the only difference is the X-Valve is aluminum while the E-Mag valve is the heavier, stainless steel version.

    2. Yes. Don't do it. I can't remember why, exactly, though.

    3. See number two.

On an E-mag the ULT reduce the marker cycle speed. The noid need the kickback from the stock on/off to work properly. If you want to use an E-mag valve on a mechanical mag then you could use ULT whitout any trouble.

If you really want a light trigger pull on your emag..I'm guessing thats what you have...try putting 2 small orings. in the frame before you put the trigger magnet back in the frame. This will cause the trigger to be less hard to pull. That's what I've done and it does wonders...its as light as any trigger I've shot that doesnt bounce crazy. I'm using the stock double trigger right at the moment...I'll see how it feels with the fireblade trigger when I get some cash together to get one.
