valve springs

Can someone tell me the order of the valve springs? I know red is medium, so what are the gold and silver. I'm going to switch to red, inorder for the bolt to be easier on the paint. but only if it fires relaible with that spring. If not i'm going to have to stick it out with what I got.

Gold= stock
Red= medium
silver= long (not reliable, most guns won't work with it.)
