The servos from the Revvy (I'll assume it's a 12V w/or without X board) and the Egg are the same. About the only things you can do are:

      1. If it's the 12V with the X board--loose the board and just run two 9Vs straight to the servo. It won't be much of a boost, but... (don't worry, the servo can handle it)
If you have the older 9V, but have room for 2 batteries, do the same thing. This will require adding an extra battery connector--available from Radio Shack for like $2.

Use the 9.6V batteries--that way, you get a FULL 9V from each one.

      2. Getting a new impeller--I found that the JMJ Impeller works great; however, you need the servo gears fromt the 12V Revvy for the impeller to fit properly. It has a "hex" shape.

      3. You can lightly and carefully shave the gears of the servo motor. This may or may not help.

Other than that, there's not much else you can do--no matter what people say. In the end, your hopper is still dependent on gravity.
