Trigger stop mod?

Hey i saw this thing on pbnation.com where someone glued a piece of wood behind they'er trigger to stop it from moving past the fire point. I was wondering if this has any harmfull efects on the marker and/or will it causue the gun to malfunction if the trigger isnt pulled all the way back?

if its done properly you won't have a problem, but you won't need to do this on a stock frame. On the benchmarks they move back too far, so a limiter will help you to fire faster.
