AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
depends upon the body you are using. It will certainly work with the valve...no problems there....but where the front grip frame screws into the body.....that is different on the RTP/Emag bodies vs the Automag/Minimag bodies.
RTP/Emag rail has a round "slot" for this to sit into, while the AM/MM rail has an oblong "slot".
The RTP/Emag body "may" work with the AM/MM rail, but certainly the AM/MM body won't work with the RTP/Emag rail.
You'll see the difference if you take a look at the AGD home page, look at the body styles.
i recently put a RTP rail on my classic. i dremmeled the rectangular part on my minimag body to be round. its easy, but takes a while. i used a few cut-off disks to do it. and the body didn't want to sit flush, and i narrowed down the source to be the twistlock assembly. i filed around the hole in the body designed for it, and it poped into the rail with no problem.
i went to shoot it. shot fine.
went to take the valve out, not fine.
the rear of the sear couldn't go up high enough to push the on/off pin all the way in, so the pin was snagged on the body. i dremmeled the back of the hole in the body designed for that to widen it up a tad bit. and now everything is perfect and shoots great.
