Help with Guerilla air ambush Regulator

Hey i got a compressed air tank with a Guerilla air ambush Regulator. I tried to take the tank off my gun by twisting today and it started loosing off on a part other then the threaded part. like the regulator was unscrewing in half. Is this normal? do i need to tighten the screws on the side or somthing?i included a picture with a arrow pointing to the seam where it was unscrewing at.

i dont nkow the tanks butdont unscrew it if its full ebcause it might shoot off and release the air

contact the manufacturer IMMEDIATELY

and then get an on/off, so the tank just unscrews easily.

same problem with my PMI tank.
