EMag Valve Does Not Fit Tac One?

I tried to put an e-mag valve into a tac one body today. The valve slides in fine, until it gets to the on/off. It then becomes very snug. Once the marker was back toegtherm it would not fire. As soon as put the valve back in my ULE body, it fired fine.

It is a stock e-mag on/off and I am using e-mag lowers on a ULE rail.

Any ideas on why this would happen?

Ok, this happened to me on my SS body. When I put too many shims in the ULT, the on/off wouldn't fit in my body because the copper top would hit before it would go in. It sounds like the Tac One bodies are thicker than the ULE, because I could fit my valve inside a ULE body just fine.

Man, I was going to wait to see what other people said. What I did was polish down the top of my on/off, or the bottom, i'm not sure what end it was. It was the end that sticks out of the valve. I only polished the thick copper parts, not the pin. Do not touch the pin. I only took off very little, about a millimeter or so. After that, it worked flawlessly. It shouldn't effect the way your on/off works, unless you did something to the pin.

Take the orings at the top of the on/off and make sure they are the correct ones and that they are seated correctly. You may have an emag vavle that only needs one oring? but im not sure. This is a wierd problem to diagnoss without actually seeing it.

Also, on any emag application, there is a special middle oring called a 'quad' oring. It replaces the middle oring in the on/off top. If you are using the rt white oring, it may be too big.
