    Halo B problems

Ok guys, this is my third outing, with my new Halo. It was working flawlessly the first day. Now I'm getting the jam signal too frequently. It's a real hassle when your on the field. It's not the eyes and it's not the batteries. I have the rpg clamping feedneck and I fiddled with that too. Any ideas? I just don't get it. It's not the detent they are working. I need some help with this one. Someone has to know something. I was thinking, maybe its the ball stack? But c'mon. Or do I just need to ditch the halo. I noticed that it was fine when first turned on, but I would give it a shake or wait about a minute or two and then, bam jam signal.

Just curious, but what type and color paint did you use? I see you said you checked the eyes, but have you taken the thing apart and cleaned them?

BTW, there is a sensativity adj pot on the board. you can turn that counter clockwise (I think) to lessen the sensativity. If you are sure the eyes are ok just tinker with that adjuster.

I'm using a camouflage green paintball. I took it apart yesterday, everything seemed ok. The problem seems to occur when it's loaded on my marker. I'm going to recheck the wired again tonite. I can't really shoot paint until , I'm at the field, so I don't know. Maybe I will just send it in.

Ill see if I can find a pic of the stock Halo board, but there is a square peice with a round dial on it that is slotted as for a flat head screw driver. This is the adjuster im talking about. You can make the Halo not jam as easy by lessening the sensativity on that peice.

You can also try to load your Halo with that paint you are hacving trouble with and let teh halo empy it into a tube. If the balls are not physically jamming and the eyes are seeing the paint ok then the problem may be with that adjustment I spoke of.

FYI, Halo's use reflective type eyes. 99% of them can have trouble detecting dark shell paint.

The silver square thing with the black dial (bottom center of the pic) is the adjuster.
