    Old School 68 'mag leaking

Hello everyone. I'm new to the 'mag world but not paintball. I've been around for quite awhile, mostly chillin on the Kingman threads (I still have a Spyder, but "upgraded" to a 'mag) and anyway, I got my mag, aired it up for the first time and it cycles fine, but there's like a constant air leak coming from the back of my gun. It's alot of air coming out, I had it aired up for like 5 minutes and it dropped 1200 PSI off my nitro. I don't really know that much about servicing an automag yet, but if it's something simple wrong I don't want to waste a star on it. Thanks everyone!

Turn the velocity down. (counter clock wise to decrease)

well I did as you said, and now it seems to be leaking from the end of the barrel. On a spyder that would be a cup seal, is it the same on a 'mag? Also, it seems to be leaking the ASA on my drop, is that possible? Thanks.

Give it about 5 drops of oil first and gas it up. Mags love oil. If that doesn't stop it, you'll need to get a parts kit and replace the power tube o-ring (lvl 7). If you have the lvl 10 bolt, try dropping a carrier size. As far as the leak on your drop, just check your connections. When you find what fitting is leaking, take it off, put some teflon tape on the threads and re-install. Also check your tank o-ring.

Thanks. I know this seems like a dumb question, but where do I put the 5 drops of oil? And yea, I've got a LVL 7 on it. And I've isolated the leak on my drop to the screw out plug on the other side of it that's not being used, no tape. I'll be picking some up tonite and hopefully getting everything fixed. Thanks for the help everyone!

Anywhere between the tank and the valve. Typically the ASA.
