eMag questions?????

Hello all,

I got my new EMAG (to me anyway). I have a few questions. I set up the carriers in a row to start the level 10 process. Got that set up, fixed the bolt stick with 3 shims. Still every now and then as I walk the trigg it sounds like I short stroke? That's not possible in e mode? IM not that fast yet and I don't want it to get worse as I get faster. And ideas or tips I may try? Gun has 3.2 software. Also as I cycle through the menu I don't under stand all the modes?
First one is TS=total shots
next SPS and a # from 1 to 20?? what does it do or mean
Same with SHBF and a # from 4 to 100 in increments of 2????
I know ace don't have it and the trigg test mode witch I read at havoc-onlines site.

Sounds like you still may be getting bolt stick. Make sure you set the level 10 carrier size without any carrier shims. Use the largest carrier that doesn't leak. Then you can add as many as it will take without causing any leaking. Make sure you have enough operating pressure (velocity setting) to consistently fire the gun. If the velocity setting is too high when the gun fires consistently, then you may need to use a shorter bolt spring to allow a lower velocity.

SPS = shots per second
SHBF = debounce? type setting

Hello Again,

Ok so i fugured out almost everything... I dont understand how to work or set the debounce setting on the gun(if thats what it is) What does it do for the gun and how will i know how to set it properly?

SHBF is shot buffering. not really debounce. everyone that has an emag has an opinion on what setting to put it on. i run mine on 42 since that was suggested to me by a friend.

buffering basically adds a shot that was skipped. it adds it at the end of the string you are shooting.

i'm not a buffering guru, so seek a second opinion on what i posted. it's simply to the best of my knowledge.
