    '03 Shocker eye problem

I recently upgraded my regular boring Shocker with a Nerve board and an eye. The nerve board works flawlessly, but the eye does not detect anything, not a paintball, my finger, or any other solid matter. I looked on smart parts website and found that I had it plugged in the wrong way the first time. So I switched it so that the silver teeth are facing the body as the manual said and it still doesn't work. Is there something I need to do in order to make it work? Please let me know! Thanks for all your help!

Are you using the vision eye cover? the one with the oval cut into it and not the circle? Is the eye loose from the ribbon? Either one of those can cause it to malfunction, if it's loose then you need to get a new one or send it to ydna at www.zdspb.com and he can fix it for you. Hope this helps.
