reloader b solid red light?

reloader b that worked fine the last couple of weeks.
I got a flashing red light so i changed the batteries.

when i put the new battery pack on i still had a flashing red light. i held the off button and the light stayed red. So i disconnected the battery pack, and put it back same thing happened.
i used fresh out of the pack batteries. energizer e2's

what gives? how do i fix this problem?

loose wire maybe? try unscrewing it and make sure all the connections are tight

I did that last night. still the same. I emailed empire and they sent me back a fake mailer demon. lol saying he couldn't email me because the smpt timed out. suurre

If you got a message saying that the SMTP timed out... it's probably on your end, from your mailserver. If they sent you an email, then their SMTP server is working. Them sending you a message saying that their SMTP server is down is like someone giving you a phone call to you that they lost their phone.

Anyway I believe that a flashing red does mean low battery, try checking our your battery harness if you're sure that the batteries that you're using are good.
