Do you have a spring or a solid spacer in the power tube?

Well, I know you said you replaced all o-rings, but you might want to put a new one in the power tube and try again. Make sure that there isnt any debris in the power tube. Make sure you are putting some oil (5-6 drops) in your asa before you gas up on the new o-rings. Is your sear in good condition?

Well, the only things that are coming to mind are 1. the power tube spacer is too big - if you have one, go with the .220 spacer, or 2. your sear is worn or out of adjustment. Are you using a AGD bolt or an aftermarket bolt?

Gas it up again. Take your squeegee and push on the bolt and seeif that stops the leak. If that stops it, you might have a bad sear.
