    mag pump kit

so ive found someone that will attempt to machine me a pump kit for the mag
what i need to know is what i need done

    im thinking:
    rail milled for pump rod
    pump grip
the lug(piece that goes between body and rail for the rod to line up)

what else is needed? ive seen it says you need the rail with the enlarged slot to use it what is the dimensions on that or does anyone have one i could buy

also i need the black washer/bumper and wave spring if anyone has one or knows where i can get one it would be great

any and all help would be great

Wow, who did those drawings? I like the dual rod idea. Has someone actually made one?

For a pump kit you need.

      Pump arm
      Arm mount
      Arm guide
      Arm bolt
      Arm spring
      Pump Rod
      Milled Rail
      Milled body
      Wave Spring

As for where to find the wave spring. Do a search. I know a few years ago Tom posted the exact specs of the spring and even the company AGD bought them from.

Here's the link to the wave spring you need.

Just request a sample...and you'll have one piece of the puzzle on the house!

          Um, I did those drawings.

I haven't made one yet. I hope to in the future. I've got quotes on them and at the moment it would be ridiculosly expensive.

          Hope that helps.

When you say, "have a pump kit made up", are you just talking about the milling of the rail or does that include the rod and pump handle/attachment? I'd be interested if it included the milling, rod and pump handle attachment. I can make my own handle and probably even the pump attachment. Papabyrd, I love the drawings for the double rods. Do you have complete drawings? Could I import them into SolidWorks? I'm working on a sight rail, similar to the Tac-1's, to attach to a Classic Mag and it would be very helpful (I wouldn't have to do the whole drawing to ensure things fit.) if I could use a drawing that was already complete.

Eric, you are going to manufacture my Dual-Rod idea?

My costs were over a hundred, never mind milling the rail.

                              Eric,

Yes, I would be interested. Unfortunatly a ton of things are up in the air right now.

I am trying to put together a small run of angel threaded stock class feed tubes.
