Tac-One Feedneck Question

I recently noticed that if I look inside the feedneck on my tac-one, there is about 1 to 2 millimeters between the bottom end of the feedneck and the body that it screws into. In other words, the feedneck doesn't screw all the way in until it completely touches the mating surface on the body. Is this normal, or is my feedneck not screwed all the way it? Thanks for the info.

Depends on what feed nech you have on there. Some of them have a small threaded area, while some have a larger one. The Tac body was probably designed to compromise between the two.

If the feed neck is in tight and secure, then dont worry about it.
