I'm rather fond of my all american, but i'm ordering a whisper barrel for the next project as well. For the money, the all american and the ultralite are the best on the market and in the same price range.

i love my Whisper dont get me wrong its a good barrel, it dose what the name suggests, your shots are whisper quite. im just looking for something thats more accurate. mostly for mid range "snipeing."

I have heard lots of bad reviews on the Hammerheads. I think I would avoid those. Now I have owned an All American and that was a great barrel. Say what you will about SP, but they make great barrels. Since you play scenarios go for the dust Ultralite, not sure if they have one for AA. I like teh stock barrel on my Tac-One, it shoots very nicely. I also have a Armson rifled stealth barrel that is matte finished and long, like 16". It shoots good but bore is a little small sometimes.

I am using the SM1 Orbium 2 on my TacOne that is now a SpecOps QBow. I love it. Very quite and you have the options of the barrel inserts.

I use the SM1's on all of my markers

i'd look into getting a stiffi or a switch. My friend has a switch and its really light and relitivly quiet. Its kinda on the expensive side tho. But he got me hooked on the switch so thats waht im saving my money for

The Hammerhead barrels are fantastic. They're simply amazing. Perfect machining, great quality, they look good, are quiet and extremely accurate.

They also cost WAY too much.

If I were you and were looking for both good accuracy and low sound signature, I'd look into carbon fiber barrels. (a certain $75 deadlywind barrel comes to mind )

Don't expect a dart-shooter, though. In paintball, such a thing does not exist.

I've found the Stiffi Kits to be lacking in accuracy a bit because of the short backs. They are very very light though.

For your situation it sounds like you want a 16" Ultralite.

What you should do is ask a friend to borrow an Ultralite. You wont want to shoot anything else after.

I have a stiffi kit, a freak kit, shot a empire kit for just a short time, as well as having a boomstick not to mention a lot of other lesser barrels but we won't go into those.

Honestly I play with the boomstick more often than any of the other barrels just for the sake of no complexity with the backs and similiar accuracy.

The ultralite is basically the boomstick but in aluminium and it will be my next purchase. (boomsticks are stainless so heavier. Cant hurt it though)

Don't get the stiffi. I bought it and haven't enjoyed the performance compared to my other barrels not to mention its high cost. Your paying for carbon fiber.
