E-Mag double firing in E Mode

I have already did a lengthy search here in the tech pages and heres what I have. The trigger rod is not touching the trigger in E mode. I have not adjusted anything on the trigger yet, this is a brand new E-Mag out of the box from AGD still with the long stock trigger pull. It double or triple fires on a slow trigger pull when the gun is gassed up. Without the gun gassed up a slow pull will consistently yield a long string of full auto solinoid clicks. It has software version 3.2.

I need the best way to make this gun legal. I know that the trigger can be closer than this, I have seen it on other Mags. The only thing that I really found like this in the this forum was that some people reversed their HES or trigger magnet. However the last GOOD post I found on this was from 2003.

All help will be appreciated. Thank you.

Reverse the solenoid wires. That should fix it.

Yeah, I had the same problem, couple of times. Kind of odd they did that from the factory though.

100% guaranteed your problem is, like Tuna said, the solenoid polarity is wrong. The best way to fix this is to desolder the white wires from the solenoid at the board and then swap their positions. Be sure to mark one of them so you know where it went and don't resolder it back to the same position.

If you're not handy with doing this, either Tunaman or I can take care of it for you. It looks like you live a bit closer to Tuna than me so he would have a faster turn around time.

Thanks guys! Problem solved. Nothing sucks quite like having to take a hot soldering iron to your new baby.
