    I Need Help

Guys I need some serious help. I recently bought a mag from one of my friends. It has a problem of leaking alot. I have replaced all of the orings, I have tried every spacer that they make for it. I have also replaced the piston regulator assembly and the on/off assembly. It currently has the level 10 bolt on it. Every time I gas up the marker it leaks alot. When I hold the trigger it goes away, but like I said I have tried using smaller spacers but that doesnt work. Any help is very much appreciated.

Edit: The spacer that came with the gun has a slit and an oring on it plus there were two little shims as well, but the other spacers that my friend sent with the gun dont have this. So am I trying to install spacers for a lev 7 bolt, when I need the ones for the lev 10????

where is the leak coming from? down the barrel, out the back, from the space in between the reg and power tube assembly or from the on off?

the level 7 spacers will not work with the level ten bolt. so put the level X spacer back in. and try to find the best spacer to bolt match. this will take some trial and error work. so dont get frustrated. it will work.

Hm, you probably replaced a bunch of parts you may not have had to. can you listen in and try to find exactly where its leaking? in the mean time, here is a diagram of what you should have with your level 10.

First thing down the power tube is the washer (black in the picture, but mine is white) then a carrier with an o-ring placed in it (o-ring side goes in first. You can try the carrier out on the bolt's stem. You're looking for a snug fit, not too loose or tight), then about 2 shims, and finally the power-tube cap with an oring on it (make it a snug fit also, not too tight). none of the o-rings should have cuts/scratches in them.

Also- make sure you oil the parts inside the level 10 as well as your valve.

Ok, thanks for the info. The leak is coming from down the barrel. I will try to get some level X spacers and try them and see if it will help any. I will post here again with updates as I go along. Thanks again guys.

Just going to let you guys know, I finally had time to sit down and figure out my issue. It turns out that I was missing the backing washer. So I went searching through all my stuff one last time, found one, put it in and it all seemed to work well. I will be playing this weekend and I will let you know how it goes. Thanks again for all the help guys.
