trigger stop in a 1X Benchy frame

OK, so I hear that the trigger in a Benchy frame moves too far. So does anyone have any pics of a trigger stop in a 1X Benchy frame? Or any frame for that matter. I plan on drilling and tapping for a 4-40 size set screw, but I'd like to see one done first.

This might help you a little. It's what I did to my benchy

If the flash animation at the bottom wont load, try this:

I had a 1x benchy. I super glued a black rubber bumper behind the trigger on the frame. I filed it down to the right thickness. I've seen other people try to tap a screw into the back of the frame. And thats what they did, "screwed it up". I had the bumper on there for over six months now. It stayed in place and is hardly noticable. Give it a try. If you don't like the way it looks or feels, all you have to do is pry it off. Good luck!

        Hey Sgt.,
What exactly did you use for the "black rubber bumper"? I have a machine shop at my disposal, so tapping is no big deal at all, but I did not want to drill a hole through the back side of the frame either. I like the idea of a screw so one could get a fine adjustment.

I found the bumper in the junk drawer. I'm not sure where it came from. But I've seen them in hardware stores. They are used for sticking to the bottom of heavy objects. To keep them from scratching table tops, or the floor. If you have access to a bench vice and drill press, by all means go for the screw. The guy I saw did it with a hand drill. Not pretty.
