Reloader B. runs on

My reloader b just runs and will not shut off. you cant stop it without removing the batteries.
Any idea as to what the problem is?

put it on setting one. if that doesnt work, make sure its not a halo in disguise. If those dont work i have no idea.

i have a followup question - i got a reloader B in trade. no manual means I have no idea how to mess with the settings. Where can I find that info?
