Identifying level 10 vs classic bolt

I just recieved an automag and just wondering how you can tell that it has a level 10 or not? What are some identifying features? Thanks.

stick your finger in front of it and pull trigger. If you still have a finger you have a level 10. If not send the mag to me as you can't play with out a trigger finger.

Actually theeere is a "shelf" "step off" on the center rod of the lever 10 bolt that is not there on the lvl 7

I am sure someone will have pics.

If the bolt stem protrudes past the end of the bolt you have a L10 bolt.

Put your finger down the breech and shoot. If it removes your finger, its level 7. If it makes a chuff noise and goes back, its a level 10.

          Seriously.. do not try that.

dont be dumb. level 7 only hits slightly harder than LX with the short spring. No way it will remove a finger, even from your frail girl hands. Sigh, you kiddies are so uninformed.
Tom was the last of a now extinct breed, a breed of players who build a community, a breed of owners who gave to the sport never taking more than what they deserved. I hope to see you at the feild again some day....

so if i get you a level 7 mag, you wont think twice to put your finger in it in shoot because you have strong hands?

i dont think so..... if it breaks carrots with no trouble your finger will come off....... i tried a friends minimag with lvl 7 and it was fun to shoot food out it.....

i just had to try this with the lvl X when i first got it....... it wasnt tuned correctly and i got a nasty bruise and a crack in my finger from it.........

lmao. I tested my lvl10 mag out a few times with half loaded paintballs before I risked my finger.

                        and sorry about your finger.
