If it's attached to the marker, just put a few drops of oil in the ASA, and dry fire the marker.

If it isn't, and you want to do a thorough lubricating, remove the On/off Assembly, and rear portion of the valve. Reoil the On/Off, stick it back in. Oil the Regulator seat, and put a few drops of oil on it. Finally, pull the bolt out, and put a few drops of oil down the powertube, and put the bolt back in.
