    Eclipse STAR frame on automag?

I was just wondering would this frame

The leading manufacturer of professional paintball markers and paintball equipment.

Be able to fit onto a normal automag with minimal modification? i know ill have to drill a new hole where the trigger is and a new one just behind the grip, but is there anything else i should be aware of.

One last thing. Do any of you lot think this will actually be a GOOD mod??

you would have to cut it to pieces. the front piece in front of the trigger guard would come off, rt rail would probably be your only option. The field strip screw, how would you get it in there? you would end up slicing it all up to make it fit right. How would you mount the internals? that would require alot of preparation and machining to do right. I would just do the spyder frame mod if you want an electro frame(at least thats what im assuming you wanted )

i know i would have to get rid of the bit infront of the trigger. I wasnt actually planning on making it electronic, i was thinking about some how making the sear rod longer so i can have it mechanical. As for the field strip screw, ill make a new hole for it

Only major problem I might see is the trigger pull might not be able to be adjusted to be long enough for a mechanical frame. In the end it really wouldn't be too much different in the end from an intelli with an rpg viperblade trigger and gripper. The only advantage over an intelli that I see is a larger trigger guard. In the end, I don't think it's worth it with so many good mag frames out. Check out logic's ultimate mech mag frame.
