Oring carrier removal on lev 10

How do i remove the oring think to go up a size on a level 10? I took the top peice off and the shims but cant get the oring carrier out!!
Please let me know

I use a dental pic. I have also used a small flat head screw driver by pushing the head past the carrier and placing the top of the blade (shoulder) against the carrier and pulled up on it.

Take your field strip screw, thread it into the carrier, tug it out. (All it does is get some friction on the oring) and this WILL NOT damage the oring.
