    Emag frame and option questions

I am fairly new to owning automags, and have now set my sights on getting an emag.

I know the difference between the different types of bodies and frames for the "standard" mag.

I have been hearing mention of "Logic" frames for the Emag, and were wondering what other options there are and where to find them.

If there are any othe "must have" emag stuff out there please fill me in on it!

You can get a Hyperframe or a Devil Mag frame (good luck), Spyder frame (luke) Emag frame or Logics frame.

Thank I'll try and look these up! I have intelliframes on most of my mechanical mags, and I like them.

Has anybody tried one or more of these frames, and how do they compare to the stock AGD frame? are they better or just different?

Is the Spyder frame really a Spyder frame? and why?

any pics would also be helpful!

as far as the boards go I'd probably be happy with a stock one but is it semi only? a lot of locals like to play with their A-5's on full auto and I would like to put them in their place from time to time with full auto of my own.

The Hyperframe and Spyder frame come with semi only boards, but you can put in aftermarket boards for a little $. It is common practice around here to put a Mini Morlock or Predator board in the Hyperframe. You can put a T board into the Spyder frame. The Devil Mag frame and Logices frame come stock with the Predator board. Any of these frames will send the A5 guys diving for cover.

Note: Luke is modifying Spyder frames to fit mags. (yes real Spyder frames).

Why = because its easy and they fit right on with only a little mod.

spyder frames are spydyer frames moded to fit a mag, called spydermag, they can rip really good if you get it set right, Arstron has two of them for sale, he helped me do mine, and his are t boarded(best board for a spyder, with eyes too), i would thing that would be your best bet maybe, i think he wants 175 for them, he has two of them for sale the last i knew, the hyperframe is just like the spydermag, but it was made from the factory for a mag, they shoot pretty good, but are centerflag doesnt sell them anymore, there are two boards for them one is 13bps and the other is 19 i think, i used my spydermag for a while and loved it, but i like my chimeraframe and am going to put a noid in it, the devilmag frames are very hard to come by, and very expensive, i think they are going to stop making them, they work great, but takes aout a year or so after you order one, they take the hyperframe or a 90 frame and put a predator board in it basically, yet it takes them a year to do that idk why, you can also get emag lowers for about $250-300, they work great and are just a bolt on upgrade basically, all of these mods do require that you have a ULT if you dont already, the logics ultimate mag frame is a electroneumatic frame that uses a predator board too, very fast and reliable, costs about 450 for a bolt on frame, and they are custom too, just like devil mags, so it will take a while to get yours if you get one
if i were you i would probably just get a spydermag frame from arstron,he does great work and it a pretty good price for what it is, its also the cheapest, and pretty damn good at it too, just send your body to logic or whitewolf airsmithing to have eyes drilled and your good to go!, if you have anymore questions just ask me

OK! I think I'm getting it!

I was thinking I would have to buy an Emag and then upgrade the frame!

Are these mods better than an emag?

I can see it will be cheaper, and possibly lighter, to mod a mag I already have.

            Thanks a lot guys!

spydermags are alot lighter than emags, and could be beter with the right board and setup than a stock emag, i have a spydermag for sale on ebay right now, ill end it if you want it for $150, it is one of the best looking spydermags i have ever seen, I used a frame from a oddessey torid x, check it out if your interested, i just have no need for it anymore, i got emag lowers but cant use them yet, no charger yet, any more questions?ill try to anwser almost any, i just love mags!!

                send me the link!

I love Mags too, they are my favorite semi's with my shoebox shockers coming in a close second! (mostly play pump)

I have my R/T valved Mag and my X-valved mag set up the way I like them, other than weight is a minimag valve comparable? that would be the best candidate for a new frame.

All my mags have a level 10 bolt.

the frames could go on any valve, but you have to have a ult for the spyder and logic and devil mags, the emags need the emag on/off pin or valve, you would have to mill out the rt valve for a ult to work, but i have seen plenty of spydermags with clasic valves, thats what arstron shoots too, but its really up to you, mags are so easy to switch out frames or anything, they are simple and easy, i just love them!!!! MAGS FOREVER!!
