Flatline Reg... 3000 to 4500

Odd question:

What is the difference between the flatline 3000 psi reg and the 4500 reg? Is it truly just a difference in burst disks? Help, I am getting mixed awnsers. Thanks.

Burst disks as well as a bunch of the internal parts. So no, they are not interchangable, nor are they upgradable.
