    Classic Reactivity Help

Hi, one of my friends has a classic mag with tons of reacticity, as in it is difficult to get one shot at a time but can be done with a really quick hard pull. He doesnt like it because it is going so fast it is not legal for tournys and sometimes chops with his egg II Any ideas for how to fix it?

    Classic mag reactivity!?

the only way I have got my classic mag (A.I.R. valve) to go reactive was when an o-ring in the on/off was missing, and then it was totally uncontrollable.
if its a r/t or x-vlavle use a lower input pressure. I have a maxflo on my x-valve putting out 1100psi to get it reacticve, anything less its just like a stiff semi auto.

If yours is in fact an x-valve with lower than 900 psi input that is still reactive, or a classic valve... something is wrong and I'm not the one to ask.

    good luck, hope this helps.

you can also mess with the pin and or sear

neither is reccomended and can damage the gun

i would say if you want the rectivity get an rt based valve an a nice adj tank

i dont reccomend modding the gun in an unsafe manner wich also is obviously not legal except maybe some backwoods fields or something

Have your friend check to see if his bolt is damaged, or his sear is modified or worn out, or check the on/off pin for damage/ modifying

yup, there are two o-rings that go in the on/off first (look ar the laser engaving as a guide) the smaller one is either thrashed or missing. replace it.

though really look at your sear as well, like the others said, because that will do it too.
