This is a tough question to answer because it really depends on how much you want to spend and what type of tank you want (adjustable or preset). I have an RT Pro which I was running a PMI 88CI 4500 Preset. It was a compact model and I really liked it. I then added the PMI THOR secondary reg to my marker so my preset screw-in tank became adjustable. The advantage to having this configuration allowed my to adjust the reactiveness of the RT trigger. I now also own an SFL Emag and am running a 68CI 4500 Maxflow. Another tank whichs works great. However, big difference in cost. PMI 88 I paid 250.00 on Ebay brand new and the MaxFlow was $450 via Paintballgear.com. In general presets are going to cost you considerably less than adjustables. Brands to keep in mind though are PMI, Crossfire, Nitroduck, Air America, MaxFlow. Good luck hoped this helped.

Id like to add The AGD flatline system to that list.

In addition to being an awesome regulator, the flatline also has the best tank on/off in the industry- - - as well as some of the best customer service out there.

As far as determining which nitro reg to get. . . Ive heard some good things about the max flow. As far as I know, Its one of the better systems out there.

Now, tank size and drop forward. . . .If you decide to go with an 88ci tank, Your drop forward is STIll a matter of personal preference. How close up to the back of your gun do you like to be? how tall do you wnt your setup to be?

I saw the Craziest drop setup about 2 weeks ago. . . This guy had just bought his first mag-- upgrading from a pirhanna--- and had got an old RT. Well, he was running a 114ci Air America on the gun. He took his drop forward which moved the reg about 2 1\2 inches down and about 2 1\2 forward, and put it on backwards. (on purpose.)

He then proceded to put the tank on in the same fashion.

Really crazy looking setup. . . funny thing was, It was actually balanced pretty well, and it re-defined his ability to play tight with the gun. Only thin that was left to do was to fing somthing to put over the front of the reg so it dosent dig into his shoulder so much when he brings it up.

The moral of the story is this: There is the ability for you to do about 300 different things with that tank. several of them youll probably like, and several of them wont feel right to you - - for whatever reason.)

Personally, I would suggest moving the tank forward more than down.- - - keeping the gun tight, but not making it 3 feet tall. Somthing like these 'rock n roll ' cradels.
