    emag conversion

Ok, so i know that i can buy the lowers for the emag and if i tap out the field strip screw hole i can put it on my original RT. However, i ran into a dilemma. Would i need to tap out the valve to accept the 2 orings or could i just get a new on/pff pin that's shorter, or would i not have to do anything?

You wouldn't need to drill out the on-off hole. The original emags only had the single quad oring on the top of the on-off.

The Classic RT used a .765" pin. The retro valve uses a .750" pin. An original emag uses a .725" pin. All current emags use a .712" pin. I suspect that a .725" or a .750" on-off pin will work in your valve if used as an emag. Try one. If it works, use it.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

Ok, awesome, well i guess i'll have to wait a while to do this, seeing as the rt emptied my funds.
