    Newbie mag questions! please help!

First off, how do i fire my marker in single shots without either going bounce crazy or short stroking. i short stroke, a LOT. I have a max flow adjustable HPA tank. I literally just got my first mag. its a x valve level 10 ULE mag with intelliframe double trigger. I just want to be able to click at it like a normal mech gun, i am coming from pump play so you see my dismay at this bouncy trigger. I think it has ULT, and i the input pressure is at 800

Next question: How do i de-pressurize the gun? when i shoot it its still got air in it?
3rd question, how come the thumb screw ****s with the gun so much, when i screw it in all the way it doesnt let the marker re-cock. And when i move around the valve it leaks and stuff, but i cant tighten it all the way down or it messes up the gun.
