Will a automag barrel fit a minimg? We are minimag and automag part interchangable?

Classic mags and minimags both have twst lock barrels. In theory they are completely interchangable. My brother has a minimag with a power-feed-left (PFL) main body while my classic mag is PFR. Most twist-lock barrels have an extra slot cut into them to allow for this, but not all.

The main difference between the minimag and classic automag is the body. Minimag comes with the front ASA. Classic does not. Same gun though.
