Ok, I've got a tac-one and love it. I've got one question though. Is it possible to mount the RT sight rail (I've got the rail with the six holes for it) to a Tac-One body or does the angular shape of the weaver rails not work on a sight rail built to go on the rounded bodies like the classic or ule?
Some of you may be asking, "Why doesn't he just use the weaver rails built onto the tac-one?" I like my sights on a center line with the barrel. I find offsets to be just awkward enough to annoy me to no end. Also it would give that kindof goofy "uniqueness" that other tac-one's won't have (you should have seen my PVC ghetto stock on my old ACI Maverick).
So anyone able to verify whether you can or cannot use the sightrail with the tac-one body? I inquired with Spec-ops to get their longbow shroud without the stock (see other thread about improving the 'tactical mag' and the mask clearance issues with the longbow). They don't want to part it out and I'm not dishing 150$ for a stock I won't use just to mount a centerline rail behind the feed port.
Thanks!.
