air leak out back of valve?

my classic valve is leaking out the back/velocity adjustment screw

i've read a few places on what this could be but don't know where i found that... something about the valve seat or something?...

Turn the velocity down first (counterclockwise)

Replace the oring on the reg piston assembly.

If that doesn't work, replace the reg piston assembly.
