I just got a ULE body for my emag, and switched to a DYE ultralite, but i still want to make marker lighter... Where can i find ULE rails?? is it worth it??? thanks

If you click on the link that Rogue provided and look at the ule rails, notice the insides of the rails are milled out, that is what they refer to as ule'd.
