    Technique for replacing emag safety ball+spring

    Title says it all...

    Any ideas?

      Yes sir, itsalready been disassembled.

      I'm also using PTP micro e-mag lowers if that makes a difference ( I remembered that the non-ule emag lowers has safety spring issues)

        Basically drop in the spring , put the saftey in right up to the spring and use it as a guide to hold the bearing on the spring. Use something ( I use an allen key) to depress the ball and at the same time push in on the safety and it should pop right in.

          Sweet Jay, thanks.

          I tried basicly the same thing, but my fingers were too wide, so I tried an allen wrench like you suggested... Except it was magnetized, LOL.

          I just wanted to make sure there was no better way in case I was missing something simple..
