How are you airing it up? I think there were specific problems with those banjo bolts if you air them up a certain way. I think that if you air them up quickly like via a pro-connect those orings have a tendency to leak. (If I remember)
Im sure you already checked for burs on the zgrip and the inside of the RT rail. There have also been times where Ive disfigured one of those orings puttnig them on and then cut it while installing the banjo into the gun. -
You also might want to check for the fiitment of the Z Grip. I know on my Classic RT I have an Intelliframe on it and I had to dremel out the back screw hole to make it compatible with my banjo bolt, but since Its not perfectly round, sometimes the rings on the banjo get knicked or don't seat properly. I haven't had a problem yet but I'm always thorough in checking it because I'm sure its only a matter of time until I do.Comment

There is a small amount of side to side play of the body to the rail with just the trigger grip frame screw in place. Make sure the body is centered on the rail other wise you tend chew up the banjos o-rings on the sharp SS body. Also if you over tighten the bango bolt the middle one takes a beating.Comment
