    ULE trigger pull, worth it?

Is it worth the money to get the ULE trigger pull for a tac-one? Is it a big improvement? Also, can it be installed by an average joe? (a very cheap average joe)

I'm pretty sure it's just a drop in replacement for the stock one. You just have to tune it once it's in.

It's a drop in mod, very easy to tune. As far as being worth it, that depends on you. If you want the lighter trigger pull and want to increase your fire rate, than the answer is yes.

      I love mine!

Erm, the ULE will decrease your trigger pull weight but DECREASE your reactivity so ultimately, your decreasing your ROF. I guess you could pull it faster, but if you're bouncing with your RT/X/Emag valve and using its reactivity to your advantage and rapid firing, its going to be slower. It's just up to you and your preference and how you want your gun to fire.
