Problem with Warp feed

I got a used Pro-team warp feed, and it wont stop spining. I tried all possible jumper combination and adjusting the sensitivity nothing work. I broke the the sensor once and pro-team replaced it.

Spinning is somtimes d/t brush wear in in the motor may be pro team replaced the motor too? if that is not it... first i would try placing a .01 uf cap across the motor terminals even up to 0.1 uF or 1uF (WATCH your capacitor polarity and voltage). If that does not woork then check the board closely for any compnents that have "DRY" solder joints or shorts. If not that you probably have a bad transitor somewhere. if you want me too look at it.
