Stupid mag question

Okay I am fairly new to mags, and I have kind of a stupid question about the stars on the valves. If you have NO stars on a valve does that mean that you can still send it in to fixed? Or do you have to have stars already laser engraved on it and they remove them when the valve is fixed? I have a couple RT valves and neither one have stars engraved does this mean I can send it in?

AGD Warrenty Program

RTs never had stars engraved. Some of the classic/minimag valves did. The link should answer most of your questions. You can still send in thr RT valves you have, but I would suggest buying the rebuild kit and doing it on your own to cut costs. Valves are pretty straight forward.
