Honestly, I have a 12" version of this barrel and it is just as the seller described. It is accurate, decent porting so it is not too loud, and they keep a great finish. I would almost say that a 14" is a little overkill, but if there were no others available and I had to have one then this would do. The price is about average, but his shipping is questionable. It should cost a minimum of $4.05 to ship priority or about $3 for fstandard mail. I love mine and it would be hard to get rid of if I had to. Don't forget it is a stainless steel barrel (great duability and finish) and it is going to be heavy. If you already complain about the weight of your setup, then don't buy a heavy stainless steel barrel
