    tac 1 velocity problem

I'm looking at a friends Tac1 because he can't get the velocity bellow 380fps.
I readjusted the lvl10 per the install instuctions.
Took apart , cleaned and relubed the valve.
Changing the velocity adjustment seems to have almost no effect.

Is the chrony correct? When you shoot over another Chrony is it reading the same? When you shoot another marker over it does it read correctly?

Tac-One, so X-Valve. Is the Level 10 adjusted properly, right carrier, right spring? Is the paint too large for the barrel?

I'm just going through anything that I can think of that would effect the velocity. When I installed my first Level 10, I had a similar problem because the barrel I was using was too small for the paint, so it wouldn't shoot if I turned the velocity down
