    clarifying pin lengths

    Ok ive read in this forum that the longer the on/off pin the more reactivity. Also ive heard the shorter the pin the higher the reactivity.....i was just wondering which was the right one cause im either going to need to do some cutting or get a new on/off pin.

    another quick ? ...how long is your on/off pin so that u dont have alot of reactivity?

    Any help would be great

      Almost all guns and valves take the .750 pin now. Emag-.712 or serial numbers below 1000 take a .728. Older RT Pros used a .765. This is what you may want to try. Altering the pin length effects the timing so you need to have the right one in there or it wont be reliable.

          Its more the width of the pin that effects reactivity. A ULT is slimmer so there is less are for air to push against.

              That is correct. That is the reason TK made the ULT so us knuckleheads would leave the pin alone...
