    Gun is Leaking Air

I have a leaking problem. My gun is leaking air where the hose connects to the gun. I have tried to put teflon tape on and it still dosen't work. Help!

I have a RT Pro, and it is doing the same thing from the hose. This week I am going to try to tighten it and put some more teflon tape on. Any suggestions?

I've never heard of such a thing unless its the fiting it self or you crossthreadid it or the threads arn't the same

          Fresh tape

Take out the fitting and clean off all the old teflon tape so the threads are clean, then wrap it a couple of times with some fresh tape. make sure your also threading it in enough, it should not be easy to turn but you also should not have to put a huge amout of effort into it. Before you thread it back in look for flakes of metal on the threads this could be a sign that your stripping the threads and should stop trying to fix the problem yourself and take it to a qualified airsmith or send it to AGD. Hope this helps.

It is possible for the threading to wear out if it has been removed too many times. All you can do is be sure to use enough teflon tape, and tighten it all the way. Useing loctite 545 instead of teflon tape might also help.
