I saw in a previous post that getting a foamie bolt will help with ball breakage in the barrel. It suggested buying additional foamies, i didn't see this on the website. Can you order additional foamies through this site? I shot about 150 balls yesterday with relatively fresh paint and i had 1 or 2 breaks. Today i used pretty old paint and i was breaking balls every 4th shot. major pain in the ...

Second question. When i first gas up my minimag there is always a little hissing coming from the back of the velocity adjusting bolt. After i shoot about ten shots through the gun the hissing seems to stop. Anyone have an idea why this is happening. I recently replaced all the o-rings on the valve and other than the hissing it is working great. using co2 by the way. i know i should be using compressed but i don't have the cash right now.

2. My regular air valve did the same thing but when i switched to hpa all was better.

I love my foamie bolt (the extended version)! i have had it for about 1 year. I havent lost the foamie yet....

I'm pretty sure that you can get foamies at the AGD store. They were on the AGD website before the Store even exhisted, i'm sure you can call them up and ask for 'em.

that hissing behind the gun might be the pressure relief valve. It's not user adjustable and it's for when the pressure in the gun is too high.

What is your gun chronographing at?

If it's not much of a bother, and it goes away after a lil while, I'd just leave it be. "Don't fix it if it's not broken"

i appreciate all the replies. on the hissing thing, i guess i will just wait and see what happens when i go to compressed air. i can't make it a field with a chronograph often but last time it chronoed at 263.

There are also 3 or 4 foamies in every parts kit.

1st you most defiinitly can get replacment fomies i lost 1 quite quick put the next 1 on with a small amount of super glue benn on for 5 mths now and it gets ussed 4 times a week at the field i work at

th hissing i am no expert but its worth chking the reg piston oring for any blemishes and oil the valve and a couple of drops in the dumpy before u gass up

assuming the last time you chronographed it, it was 'still doing that hissing thing, then I'd have to say that it isn't your pressure relief.

It must be some other o-ring that isn't seated correctly or something, and moves into place after being used a bit.

Just start replacing o-rings at random and see if that workz
