    ULE and Level 10 trouble

Hi there, I have been a mag user for seven years now. and i just now got a ULE mainbody.

Here's what I have that matters:
    X-valve
    shimmed ULT
    Intelleframe
    ULE mainbody

    Here's the problem I'm having:
Every time I screw in my tank the bolt goes foward, which is kinda normal since it fires every time i screw in the tank, but the problem is that the bolt sticks forward and air vents down the tube. Pusing the bolt back does nothing because it is stuck up there so tightly that I have to take the valve off and shove the bolt back from the front. please help

-have you tried using a barrel swab to push it back?
-try holding the marker on a forward angle when airing it up, it wont fire then
    -tune the LVL 10?

Yes, the bolt either does not catch or when it does catch it just leaks air then when i fire again the bolt gets stuck again. holding it at different angles wont do anything because if you take the valve out the bolt is still stuck in the ULE. thanks for the advice though. keep em' coming please

EDIT: I also tried sliping in one of my other valves thats not an x-valve but still has a lvl 10 bolt kit and the same thing happened.

Try holding down the trigger while you gas it up.

Also, does it work alright with another mainbody? There might somehow be a tolerence issue with the body and the bolt, in which case you might want to contact AGD.

yeah the valve works with my classic bodies but not with the ULE, I'm calling AGT tech right now, I'll post my finding for anyone who has this problem later.

You can add an oring or shims of some sort yourself. The detent should not go in far enough to allow the threads to be felt in the breach. Only the ball of the detent should be protruding into the breach area.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

yeah it ends up that the o-rings from a lvl 10 carrier is the exact same o-ring as that already on the ball detent.
