    I think I messed up my board.

    I was trying to do some soldering of my selenoid to my emag board and when I finished the upper most connection flash and there was tiny smoke. The LED displayed normal ,but the selenoid heated up alot so I removed everything. What did I do wrong?

    it sounds like you might of fried you SCR or have the selonoid shorted some where. I cant be more helpful with out having to test myself.

      You were soldering with the gun powered on? Or did I read that wrong..

        No I soldered it with the gun off. Then when I powered it on, that is what happened. I would really question myself if I would of soldered with it on So anyway it is not working, and I don't wanna take a chance since the LED still turns on fine, except for the selenoid that charges up automatically without the trigger pull and overheats in a matter of seconds.
        Anyone got any advice for me? I was going to trash it until I seen how much it is worth on airgun.com.
