There's a good chance the noid is bad. If its acting funny, maybe its best to replace it.Hit Tunaman up and see what he thinks.
Oh, when you point the gun down in TRG ACE mode, does the TRG light up when you pull the trigger? (signifying its reading the trigger pull)
Have you tried increasing the length of the plunger slightly? Is your HES seated properly and not moving? Is your ACE on or catching light in the breech when you tilt it down? (Dont know if that would stop it from firing, but hey who knows). Is the screw that holds the main board in place loose? What about the one holding the ACE board?
If all else fails, re-flash the gun with the stock software and see if it still happens.
That is a weird problem bro. -

I actually decreased it, my plunger was a bit longer than factory specs when I checked it with calipers. What does the plunger lenth do in terms of performance?
yes.Originally posted by BigEvilIs your HES seated properly and not moving?

If the plunger is 'short', there is less of it for the solenoid to PULL on. Too long and it and the bolt start to not like one another. You can go a few thou. longer than spec. if the noid is giving you trouble.
If you need to replace the noid PM or email me.Comment

Make sure the oring is in the bottom of the battery pack. If the battery rattles around you may be loosing the connection when you tip it. Add a little piece of foam if it still rattles with the oring installed.Comment
