    Can RT be disabled?

I am heading to D-day and the genius' in the insurance company that allows 15 BPS electros won't allow me and my RTs. Unfortunately, the only guns I own are mags. So, can the RT be disabled and if so how? I have searched but not found anything.

    Thanks in advance.

2 ways. Either you can turn down your input pressure a bit and that will lessen the RT effect to the poin that you cannot rapidfire it, or simply install the ULT. That is the one of the main reasons the ULT was made; to eliminate the RT bounce.

I have the ULT but I doubt if that will satisfy the D-Day people. If the gun is equipped with an RT they aren't going to let me on the field if my input pressure is down. They don't know me so they will assume I will turn it up later.

Edit: Any idea where I can find documentation on ULT effects from an official AGD source? This mightmake them feel better.

I would be very surprised if they kept you off the field if you have the ULT on your marker. In the first place the RT aspect of the RT/X valve is not some special subsection or addon part, it is sideffect of the vavle design (unlike say the Tippmann RT which is not part of the valve design but an added modification to the trigger.

When the ULT is setup properly (that means NOT stuffing in too many shims to make the thing rapid-fire) you CANNOT make the darn trigger bounce. I tried putting 1200psi into MightyMike's old Mighty Mag with an ULT's X-Valve. I got nothing out of it.

With a ULT properly setup any and all bounce from the valve is eliminated. You would not need to drop your input pressure to make this work.

I have asked D-Day staff about this. I will let you know when I hear back.

Glad to hear they let off ya. That ULT is an amazing piece of work. I am actually going to try to make that event

I'll even wear my Bronco gear! Seriously, let me know if you are going. I have already been contacted to store gear for people who are having it shipped.

JI is my home field / sponsored field and I live local.
