I'm runnin into a question of which frame to buy, for my 68classic

Hyper or Inteli I'm just not sure which would be the better/faster trigger( being 1bps doesn't mean that much to me)

well if the hyper frame is electro then i would go with that one cause i would guess that would be faster

if you go with a hyperframe you will need a ult i have a 13bps hyper and i love it it even worked a whole scenerio game in the rain with no water proofing also centerflag just came out with a new board 20bps very fast and cheap once you have a frame
